FAQ

Which payment options are available?

To make payment as convenient as possible, I accept several methods, depending on what works best for you:

  • Digital payment platforms such as Wise and similar services
  • Bank transfer to a designated account, including local or international transfers where available
  • Visa and Mastercard payments
Are installment payments allowed?

Yes. The payment schedule depends on the expected timing of your application:

  • Applications planned more than two months from engagement may be paid in up to three installments
  • Applications planned within one month from engagement may be paid in two installments
Is an upfront payment required?

Yes. A non-refundable initial payment is required to confirm the engagement and reserve your slot. The amount of the initial payment will depend on the service selected and will be specified in the quotation or confirmation email sent to you.

Work on your file will begin once the initial payment has been received. This helps ensure that scheduling, document review, and related preparation can proceed as planned.

May I switch to a higher package later on?

Yes. If you decide that you need a higher level of support after engaging the service, you may request an upgrade at any stage of the process. The additional fee will simply reflect the difference between your current package and the upgraded service.

Once the upgrade is confirmed, a revised invoice will be issued accordingly. Please note, however, that changes to a lower package are generally not available once the engagement has started.

What is the first step if I want to proceed?

The process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your circumstances, assess the likely application route, and determine the level of support that best fits your needs.

After the consultation, you will receive a written quotation setting out the proposed service, scope of work, and applicable fees. If you decide to proceed, your booking will be confirmed once the initial payment has been made.

From there, you will be guided through the preparation stage step by step, including document gathering, review, and the next actions needed to move the application forward.

Do you help with applications filed in Spain only, or also through the consulate?

I can assist with applications filed in Spain and, in appropriate cases, with applications processed through the relevant Spanish consulate abroad. The level of support may vary depending on the filing route, the applicant’s circumstances, and the scope of the package selected.

If you are unsure which route is more suitable for your case, this can be discussed during the initial consultation so the most appropriate process and level of support can be identified.

Can you help if I have more than one client?

Yes. I may still assist if you work with more than one client, provided your overall case is suitable for the Digital Nomad Visa route and the supporting documents can be properly prepared.

Please note, however, that applications involving multiple clients may require additional review, coordination, and translation work. If your package includes translation support, documents relating to more than one client may be subject to separate charges, depending on the scope of the service.

The best way to assess this is during the initial consultation, where we can review your work arrangement and determine the most appropriate approach for your application.
